How long to get WBC to go down

After first taking Gleevic how long does it take for the white blood cell count

to decline to normal levels? My daughter's WBC initially was 294K and the docs

were treating her with hydroxyurea until they made the positive diagnoses for

CML. Now she is about 249K and just started Gleevic two days ago and we are

wondering how long it takes for the count to get down to normal levels.
