Your lifestyle still cracks me up (that means makes me laugh)

Here you are just coming back from a climb

whereby I have just got back from the horses

but still cannot climb stairs or ramps effortlessly

Amazing

Maybe I should take Judy and Fonsie hint and get a personal trainer

Hi Sue,

I hope I am not sounding like everybody should be feeling just fine

all the time and everything else is whining. I don't feel well all the

time and if I regained some strength my endurance is still way behind.

And I am aware I may be lucky compared to other people. Exercising did

help me but I always enjoyed being outdoors (even if I am a math guy

when it comes to get a pay check) and beside the effect on the body it

helps me relax. I do have to admit that when I beat the 20 year old

crowd on a boulder problem it is a moral booster, as silly as it can

be :-)

I am pathologically obsessed with diving (freedive and scuba) since I

am kid and even if I did a fair amount of mountaineering a long time

ago climbing is now my way of working out in a fun way. One of the

best day of my life is when the dr told me I could keep diving.

I have never been to Australia, I ll have to correct that one day.

I have been a cavalry platoon leader in the early 90s in France and

elsewhere but I am kind of scared of big horses. But our " horses "

worked on diesel. They didn't smell any better though ;-)

Marcos.
