Guest guest
, I just take mine at night. YOu won't have to worry about depression or sleepyness, as you will be going to bed. Guest guest
Hi , Yes it is definitely worth a try. If it doesn't work, you might try taking your 400 mg dose just before going to bed. The theory is that you will be asleep when the depression hits and it will be over when you get up in the AM. Guest guest
Well, that's what I've been doing, but the drug seems to have a runway of about 14 hours before the side effects hit! Does that make sense? I would take it around 9 p.m. and around 11 a.m. the next day -- kaboom. I'm sure hoping this new method gets results. At this point, so much of the day is wasted, and while I'm on state disability for now, that will run out before long and I will need to work. I'm in a bit of a panic about all that.
