Guest guest
Sorry Bobby, my filing on the computer is terrible. Once I file it, I can't find it. I know what you are talking about and I have posted it before, but whatever I post is fleeting and once I click " send " , it's gone into space somewhere. And to , I am very sorry that your daughter has received this diagnosis. Zavie and Bobby are right, this is now considered a chronic disease. I was diagnosed over 12 years ago and even though I have never gotten my PCRU acronym behind my name, I am still in chronic stage. Bobby and I have had a lot of trials between us and not all the same ones. I met her when we were in the same trial in Houston, and she has gone on to two other trials, and I on one. Young patients fare well with treatment and are able to get on with their lives and even bear children (not without doctor's concurrence). We have parents who write on behalf of their children, so I'm sure you will be hearing from some of them. I have no doubt that your daughter will fare well. Blessings and best wishes, Lottie
