Guest guest
I don't remember who posted the information about the new $5000 co-payment from LLS, but thank you, you know who you are. This is a new fund that covers CML. See if you qualify. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Co-Pay Assistance Program provides assistance for private or public insurance premiums, co-pays for prescription drugs to insured U.S. and Puerto Rico residents who have been diagnosed with certain types of blood cancers and are financially and medically qualified. This includes all Medicare and Medicaid recipients as well. Here is the web site to get your application and a telephone number for assistance with the forms: http://tinyurl.com/c4oxg2 _______________________________________ WHAT YOUR CHILD MAY NOT BE EATING: Your child's health is directly associated with his or her diet.
