I just joined this group the other day and already I feel better.

Just knowing I am not alone is a wonderful feeling. I have RA/OA,

fibro, TMJ, DDD, and I was just in a car accident, injuring more

disks in my spine. So reading al these posts helps me deal better. I

also got the neg.back from RA factor and it wasn't till they took an

MRI that they found nodules on my wrist and elbow that they told me I

had RA/OA. So I on Neurontin 800mgm 2 3xs a day and man it does make

ya weird feeling at first but I guess I am use to it now. I was on

Ultracet but Dr just took me off been on it took long he says. I just

had 6 tests done due to the accident and am waiting to see results.

The Pain is ...well u all know. I live One Day at a Time with this

and Do the best I can in this day. I am not working at the moment.

Like it has been said I can,t do things people take for granted like

vacume and wash the floors, sweeping the floor , reaching up, bending

down, YOU know the list goes on. I handle it all rather welll, it is

the people In my life who have a hard time watching me. I use a cane

to walk, and a heating pad all the time and a pillow I made for

sitting. I am so grateful to be alive and to have found this group,

plus the others I am in. I love reading the posts and info you all

find. I would love the e-booklet by chiropractor Dr. Chuck

Cochran, " At Last Collastin " , Duncan Crow, my e mail is

ds_avalon_2000@.... I am going to also try that Vitiam thingy I

will give any thing I try Today. Don,t want to be on pain

meds....been there to long and was very addicted at one time. SO the

Vitiams seem safe. Thanks again God Bless Donna
