Dear Terry,

Medicare does not pay for any dental work. Obviously if you had an oral

problem like ulcers or a cancer, they would definitely cover the cancer. If you

had dental insurance, you would in all probabilitiy be covered, depending on the

type of policy coverage. There are some inexpensive dental plans available, but

I don't know if they are worth it, because the co-pay would be so high. If you

wanted a good one, the premiums would be much higher.

Sorry about your tooth. The same thing happened to me and before they could

make a crown, I walked around covering my mouth with my hand. The first tooth

broke off at the gum line right after I was diagnosed. If you see a line around

your gum line, you have a severe problem. Take care of it ASAP.

Good luck and suck it in, it's going to cost more than you think. I have paid

thousands since my teeth started falling apart. Just wanted to brace you.

Blessings,

Lottie
