Who me...Attack??? no..no..no..notta..;-) so sorry you thought that...no attacking from me...;-)

I really don't know how to do it, I swear! I could just delete the whole thing and just send my response I guess, but how would anyone know what was said in the first place..

How did you "cut" (?) out what I said and put it in to //.....// ? I guess that would be the real question.

, I would never attack unless provoked...I'm as gentle as a kitten..me-ow, purrr....lol, and this is not a provoking moment ;-) How have you been by the way?? I see your maintaining! that's great ;-) Dana

Ok Since I have run many websites for many

years I’m gonna put in my unsolicited 2 cents about posting.

The real problem is not about editing

posts its about the very poor method uses to post in the first

place.

Real bulletin board software organizes

things into common threads. That means you can have a thread for newbie

questions and a separate thread for sex questions etc.

The way our posts are, and due to the

sheer quantity, it is a nightmare to get the information you want.

One strategy that I use here is to look

over the hundred or so headers every couple of days and only open the most

recent one with the same subject. As long as the message has been replied to as

is I can read the whole thread in one message and not have to open them all one

by one, which I find MUCH more annoying than a simple endless post.

Un edited posts are a big pain for moderators

who have to read them all but a nice convenience for those of us trying to wade

through too many similar posts a day. Again, I think the real problem is with

the posting software and not the posts themselves.

Just my 2 cents and I don’t give

refunds

Craig

PS Now that I have posted I’ll add

that I have been very discouraged lately by the fact that I have lost virtually

no weight in the last 7 or so months.I have doubled my workouts and keep a good

watch on my intake. My body seems to prefer this weight. I know that if I just

persevere things will move again but it sure seems strange that it has plateaued

for so long. I guess when it becomes a big enough issue I will do something to

get it going again.

Meanwhile….Take care

Hi Craig! Hey keep on keep-in' on..the weight loss will kick-in again! You have

lost a good bit of weight so far!..122lbs !! Holy Cow! " what do you want..to

weigh 0 " lol..(I love that commercial) Give yourself some credit here! You need

to let your body recover from the shocking amount of weight loss this past year.

You have all the time in the world and sounds like your doing all the right

things...just enjoy your accomplishment thus far. :-) Dana

Well, I tried to " trim " this post many, many times and I kept getting a box

around everything and it wouldn't let me highlight anything or delete anything!

*#!*#@#%^%!!!!!!! So sorry everyone ;-(

Craig: Totally agree on all points. We have to keep plugging along, don't

we. You look so great and have come so far. I, too, am at a plateau but I

can honestly say that my activity is too low based on a tremendously heavy

schedule with my company that keeps me either at my desk or sitting in

hearings. Take care!

,

I recognize that forward lean-- I had one (notice past tense) just like

it....Say goodbye to

it, you won't miss it one iota!

Wishing you all the best on your upcoming surgery.

Hugs to you,

Good going, . I really wish I had a good "before" picture of myself. And I agree, Suzanne's shots are great.

I had my best friend take some pictures of me standing yesterday (without the walker), and I uploaded them to my photo album. Hopefully in a few weeks I will be able to post some straighter ones :) I tried to copy how Suzanne did hers - I really loved looking at all of her before & afters! After my surgery, I have to figure out how to get them all into one file - I only have Paint on my computer, not photoshop or another editing program.

Hi everyone,Well, I FINALLY got around to uploading new photos. I couldn't get into my old album to put the new pics in there because someone else had uploaded the first pictures for me because I couldn't do it. But now that I have my own digital camera and learned a lot more about uploading stuff since 2003, I was able to put them in a new album. They are under Melinda Hall's family (updated 2008).-Melinda HallMom to , 15, AS, OCD, ADHDCasey, 13 (going on 21!), 7 speech delay and possible CAPDZac, 14 months and into EVERYTHING!

This dermatologist might be interested in the articles that I was able

to find concerning a variety of mites (although my focus was on the

tropical rat mite, some of the articles discuss others as well). A

number of these articles are from dermatology related journals. If he

is interested, you might want to share the list with him, it's on one

of my blog posts: http://mitescentral.blogspot.com/2008/02/academic-

research-on-tropical-rat-mites.html

Lookin' Good!! :) I guess I should post another photo of me since it

has been ohhhhh 5 yrs, but I am down another 25 lbs... LOL God it is

sad, but true, 5yrs later and I am only down 25lbs, but truth be told

many months in there (if not a couple years) were " off program " . I

guess I should be very VERY grateful that I am not UP 25 lbs!

Zavie, I was looking at your new photos, is #6386 in the lagoon off Murano or

Venice? Sure looks familiar.

Some of the best seafood and beef was served at a restaurant in Murano. Funny

thing is the restaurant was nice, but you had to go outside to use the bathroom

and all flooring outside consisted of small shells, even the john was set in

shells. Where is the picture with Dr. Tessa Holyoke in Scotland?

Blessings and get on the ball,

Lottie

I posted some new photos under Jeanine. They show a soap my DIL got at a

hotel in NYS. The box states 'waste reducing exfoliating body cleanser 50g,

green Natura; the back states 'This innovative ergonomically shaped 'waste

reducing' soap has been designed to eliminate the unused center of

traditional soap bars. This soap is cruelty free and contains no animal fat

or byproducts. This carton is made from natural recycled packaging printed

with soy based inks. There is no mention of weight or actual ingredients or

where this company is based. Strange. thought I'd be interested in

this so she brought an unused bar for me. Any one else see anything like

this? I'll have to ask her what hotel it was.

Yes, and if it's dropped in the shower the pieces are difficult to use.
