Guest guest
As someone just starting this process, what questions should I ask our doctor to get the right answers. Should I ask right away to get a specalist involved? My son has his 2 year check up next week so I will be able to sit down with my doctor for a real discussion. Tobin has just ended another fever episode and I don't want him to wait years to find out whats going on. I'm so frustrated with the " its just a virius " answers. Thanks, Jeni
Guest guest
Hi Jeni, My daughter and I went through the virus thing and the urinary tract thing and the kidney thing, ect......(If you can see where Im going with this) All I can say is Keep a log of the fevers and temps, any other symptons like vomiting and ulcers, and how long the episodes last. We actually had to find a Ped Infectious Disease doctor to be diagnosed. It did take us 6 years. Don't be scared, its just hard to find some one that knows what this is. Hope it helps, Marcie (mom of ,
