Question: After Fevers Stop....Do they come back at Puberty?

Moms/Dads:

I recently read a posting by someone that said there child was fever free from

ages 9-13, Then, they returned again...like clockwork? Is this typical? My

daughter has been on Cimdetine for almost one year and her fevers are getting

longer and longer a part (only 4 in the past year--a miracle). And, we are told

will eventually they will stop. But, I fear they will come back at puberty. And,

if they do...what methods have people taken? Back to the drugs or Motrin,

steroids (which we have never used)? And, do they know why they come back? I

will discuss with our rheumatologist next month at our check up, but curious if

anyone had a knowledge.....
