Dear Bobby,

I went to see the gastro doctor and saw the N/P, I guess this is a sign of

the future, you will be assigned a nurse who will decide when you will see a

doctor, either that or the government will ration you and tell you if you can

see a specialist. They will have a committee to decide if you need that x-ray

or special test. It's coming.

They couldn't find any c-difficle in my stool. No infection. It all goes

back to the old gall bladder being gone. I had diarrhea, but not stomach pain

like I have now. He told me to go back to drinking that old river sand,

Colestipid. That is horrible. I asked about Metimucil and he said that was

o.k. You could not swallow the pill, it is as big as your thumb, so they crush

it up into granules. It tastes like shit.

Well I hope you did well at AA this week. I saw my oncologist and he said,

" You look like you lost weight. " I have been going there for nearly 13 years

and he's just noticed? I lost about 62# when they weighed me in today.

Jimmy is an old man today - 78. I took him out to eat a steak at Outback.

What a proud old man he is. I had a gift certificate and said I was going to

ask them if they would accept it here, since it came from someone in Chicago.

He wouldn't get out of the car, as he was too embarrassed. If not, I was going

to take him to another restaurant where I had a gift certificate. We have to

use them up sometime and I just don't feel like getting dressed and going out.

We brought our leftover steak home and will have them for lunch tomorrow. I see

the pain doctor tomorrow to see how I did on the last shot. Not go good,

doctor, not so good, but I am going to go throughwith it, until I get all 3 and

maybe it will help. It is so bad, I don't know which leg to limp on, since it

all hurts. LOL. I'm going to bed now, fighting sleep. I took a couple of naps

in my chair after we got back home. I missed most of the show I was watching.
