Use the Energy Bank criteria

Too many withdrawals at the Energy Bank leaves you with fatigue

You must make deposits - good food, heaps of rest, and exercise - if that just

means walking a little way, fresh air.

If you are tired no wonder -

My specialist at one time said to me that the blood going around the body is

like someone running a marathon

- if not enough being made or compromised then you need to rest.

It has only been in the last few months that I seem to be able to do more things

- I joined a gym recently - previous to CML and glivec, I could do about 70 -

100 repo charge weight (Small weight lifts)

- I could now do just 5 - but I was doing them

Don't be too harsh on yourself

If the house work is not done to perfection - who cares - that is not who you

are -

Do things the simple way

My slow cooker has become my friend - I have three on the go all the time

- just throw in meat and vegetables - you cannot overcook - early in the morning

- and just let cook.

for when you or family ready to serve

I have one for meats, soup on the go, so older vegetables can be used,

Throw washing on - if you can afford a clothes dryer then throw clothes in that

to - just do very little amounts

If you need to sleep - do so - presently I would say I sleep from fatigue about

once per week when even last year

I would of slept or rested days at a time - so things do improve

What I cannot still do - is walk up stairs - or ramps - very odd

Remember to do something for you every week that you enjoy
