high blood pressure and baby aspirin..????

As I have been told a long time ago,, NOT to take

aspirin nor tynenol because it will cause problem for blood clotting! I

have been recently diagnosed with high blood pressure

144/92,, not very high but high enough to be in the caution

zone!! I will begin watching my sodium intake as well

as bad fat, (red meat, pork..fried stuff..)! So is it

safe to take the low dose aspirin 81mg for us CMLers??

I already have kidney issue and taking meds for that !

I want to try to lower my pressure by watching my diet! I do

have a fondness for beer and that will drastically be reduce as I am so

scared of the blood pressure thing!

Would to hear from anyone experiencing this problem!!
