Guest guest
I heard on the news tonight that if you can go to www.microsoft.com you do not have the latest virus. It is so bad that Microsoft is offering a large reward to find the sponsor of this virus. Here is a list furnished by Microsoft of vendors who sells antivirus software. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/49500/ or http://support.microsoft.com/kb/962007 (NECN) - April Fools day is Wednesday and the joke could be on your computer. Security firms warn a virus may strike Wednesday. The so-called Conficker virus sends out messages to about 500 domain names seeking orders for what to do. ... http://tinyurl.com/dy78kg http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/Entry.aspx? Name=Win32/Conficker If you are able to reach either site you should be fine, if you cannot reach one of these sites then you MAY have a problem and should have your computer reviewed for a possible infection. If this is the case, immediately remove the computer from the network by unplugging the network cable, one way this worm spreads is via the network. ------------------------------------------------------- Microsoft is warning computer owners that a virus could possibly hack into your private information on Wednesday. Officials say the Conficker cun-fick-er worm is a virus that can infect computers with a Microsoft operating system and spreads itself to other computers across a network. Experts say the virus could become active on April first.
