Guest guest
Yes, when we first changed insurance's (after already being diagnossed w/ ) and our experience with an ol' school doc... said..THIS KID IS SICK...hand/foot/mouth disease and the next time.... strep.... and the next time.... well it must be *sp Ebstien Barr Virus.... he ordered labs, and FINALLY the lab results went to whom we were supposed to see, and she said..GET IN HERE...we did, and she calmly listened to us, and got us to Stanford for the aka Marshalls Syndrome. UPDATE, had last fever on Mar. 24, 08, had T & A on Apr. 4th. Has had about 5 mouth sores since then (nothing for over a month now) AND STILL NO FEVERS.... This was a no brain (albeit highly thought about) decision as all the other 'treatments' did not work for . Although Singulair was never offered, but we did try naproxen, prednisone & cimitidine. Best of luck to all of you! (mom of (nearly 5) been fevering since 22 mos.
