Guest guest
I tried Sam-E for one year. I just stopped taking it a few months ago because I found no relief. It was expensive and honestly, I saw no difference with my RA or depression. I think herbal remedies are a great supplement to prescription drugs. I do not think they can replace them, however. That is my opinion and others may disagree. I think it's important that if your girlfriend has RA she gets on a disease modifying drug that will slow down the progression of the disease so her joints don't get any more permanent damage. I think it is great that you are seeking information for your girlfriend. She is lucky to have someone who understands. Good luck, > Hi all, > My g/friend's been dealing with RA for a couple of years and has been > using a variety of herbal remedies, which have provided some relief. > She recently became aware of Sam-E through some acquaintances who > have used it to get some relief from fibromyalgia -- does anyone have > any experience getting relief from RA with this?
