Guest guest
Hi : You are helping your daughter by doing all your doing, and by signing onto to try to get some advice. Your daughter is very fortunate to have a mother like you. She is very new to all this, just as you and the rest of the family. It takes awhile for things to sink in. You ask yourself WHY ME? In your case you ask Why My Daughter? I am the patient with CML, but my mother and husband and the rest of my family has been my support and positive thinking for me to cope. Its been 10 years for me already, and you have your good days and bad days, but you get through it. Just keep doing what your doing. Remind her whenever you can that CML is treatable, and with all the new advances that are available to us now that we did not have years ago is a definite plus for us too. It might help her if she posts on here when she feels up to it. I think it will help her in a lot of ways. She is not alone, and there is always someone on here to answer questions to give you support and confidence to handle it. You can write to me personally if you would like also. I would be glad to share with you and your daughter. suzzienovember@...
