Guest guest Posted April 27, 2009 Report Share Posted April 27, 2009 Hi Sue, They supposedly looked at this issue during the phase I trials and found that body size had nothing to do with serum levels or metabolization but I have to tell you that from my experience with seeing the patients on this list, the ones who have the most problems with side effects, are almost always the tiny people.
