Guest guest
There will be no more " shockers " for our dear Bob if I have anything to say about it, lol. On May 20, 1997 I was diagnosed with leukemia, a shocker that gave me 2 to 4 years to live. Thanks to Gleevec I'm celebrating (?) 12 year anniversary and I'm in remission. On May 20, 2005 I was diagnosed with kidney cancer, the second shocker that gave me about 5 years to live. Thanks to surgery, Sutent, and Nexavar, I'm celebrating (again " ? " ) my 4th year anniversary but certainly not in remission. I'm staying home today, hiding from doctors, radiologists, et al. Not taking any chances on any more diagnoses. I may hide out tomorrow just to be sure. Bob Granger, Indiana
