I glad to see I am not the only one on Tasigna. 800mg is the normal recommended

dose. I started taking Tasigna in February at 800mg. After two weeks I had to

stop because my RBC were very low and I had to get a blood tranfusion. Two weeks

after that I restarted at 400 mg (200x 2 a day) this dose is really working out

for me my RBC is up at 9 after two weeks on the lower dose. I have a lot more

energy and have even returned to work part-time after a two month leave. Keep me

posted on how it working for you.

I will. I've been on Tasigna for almost 2 weeks. Bloodwork was today. Hopefully

the counts are holding. I can usually tell when my counts are off. I'll either

be extra pale or have cold hands. I had the cold hands the first week but I've

been feeling pretty normal. Maybe a little on the tired side but I haven't been

getting much sleep.

One thing I've noticed is body pain. Feels like my whole body is stiff. My lower

back has been bothering me and my old war wounds have been extra stiff. It's

hard to tell if it's related to the medication or not as I'm an avid

motocross/enduro rider and wrecks are pretty common along with the pounding. Oh,

and I guess I'm not a spring chicken anymore.

The dreams have been very vivid. I had some dreams last night that were so real

and so vivid that I couldn't figure out if I was dreaming or not. Very weird.
