Guest guest
Thank you for " coming out " if you will excuse the expression. I am glad that you are " no longer lurking " . It is nice to hear triumphs and you have a beautiful daughter now. Thank you showing us that it is possible to raise kids with RA. Although it's not easy, with help, it can be done. I wanted to share my news with you. My husband, who helps me a great deal, has just been activated. He is in the Army reserves and he has been called up. I am sad and I will miss him but I am also proud that he is serving his country. I am nervous too. How am I going to carry those 12-packs of soda into the house? How will I pour my own milk and change my sheets? How will I scoop the kitty litter and do laundry in the basement? How can I shovel snow and mow the lawn? I will need your help and advice. - > Hello Everyone, > > Although I have been lurking (forgive the expression) in this group > for some time, I have not really introduced myself so I think the > time has come. In addition to family and friends, seek out support from community based organizations and churches. I think one of the most valuable things I have learned is that it is OK to share with people that we have a disease and need some help sometimes. For many years I hid my condition from others and made excuses when they saw me limping or with a brace or crutch. Regards, Bill
Guest guest
I havent posted for awhile because I fell off the wagon. I recently have jumped back on the wagon and have lost 11lbs. I feel so much better when I am on the wagon so I need to stay on. I made an appointment to see my doctor which I havent seen for 4 years just to see where all my blood work is at. I hope everyone is having a great day. Jana
Guest guest
-Hi Rhonda: welcome!!!> Anyway I am 51 years old. I started my new way of eating plan last May and since that time I have lost 52 pounds. I still have 80 pounds to lose. I mostly exercise using 's tapes, although I do walk Away the pounds from time to time. Fantastic!!!! Could you say a little about what your way of eating is like? My most exciting news is that on March 28th called me. I was so thrilled. And then he even wrote about me in his Message of the Day on March 31. So I was riding on a high. WOW!!! that's very exciting!!!!! I think you will find lots of support here! Faye from somerville, MA

And then he even wrote about me in his Message of the Day on March 31. So I was riding on a high. But good feelings never take you very far and I have not had a very successful month of April so far. > So that is it in a nutshell. I hope that I can become part of your group. > Blessings > > > ((HUGS))) Rhonda > 279+/228/150 > > > > > > > > > > > > __________________________________________________ >
Guest guest
he called you AND wrote about you and you still lurked - I would of let the whole world know LOL - I still have the letter sent many years ago The hard part to remember is the initial loss is usually the easiest. It comes of fast if we work the plan but then the body gets smart and we have to work even harder grrrr! --- Rhonda Bergsten <griffonell1971@...> wrote: > Hello to all you ladies! > My name is Rhonda and I have been actively > lurking behind the scenes on you for over a > month now.
