Guest guest
Dear , Your dad has a sense of humor, God bless him. I can think of a lot of things that would make my B/P rise. When I go for a BMA, it goes to 200 and over. They wait a while until it gets to 180 before doing the procedure. I tried taking a Valium once and another time a Xanax and it didn't make a bit of a difference. They wanted to show me the knife they use to get the bone out and I said I didn't want to see it, it would make my B/P even higher. LOL Blessings to both you and your dad, Lottie
Guest guest
Lottie, Yes & it does take a sense of humor and a lot of faith to get through life. He has been taking B12 shots and then didn't do them regularly and his hemoglobin got too low. His doctor order arnesp(?) shots and he took 3. After that, everything was back normal. I keep asking him if he's been shot this week and I guess it gets annoying and so when we have our daily 8:00am phone call and I yawn, he says come on down and I'll give you a shot! Lottie, thank you so much for all you post! You & everyone else have been such an inspiration and help going on 6 years now. My dad is doing great and his last BMB was " disgustingly normal " as his doctor put it. Thanks again everyone!
