Guest guest
Dear , Thank you for the kind words, but the surgery has been postponed due do gross inefficiency and negligence to follow through in a professional manner. So now everything is up in the air. I know you are delighted to have your daughter back home and I just wanted to add my 2 cents, because I can only imagine having a diagnosis like that being thrown at me at her age. Research is so far advanced in CML from 12 years ago and there is more to come. I never thought I would ever say this because I resented it when I was told that by a doctor, but it is the best kind of leukemia to have. I have since learned that it is the most understood and most treatable. This is a very sharing and I might add caring group. There is always someone at the ready when an S.O.S. goes out. We have no special training, but we do have our priorities and that is to learn as much as we can and use it to support our fellow travelers. Blessings to you and Jess, Lottie " Study not to know more, but better. " (Seneca)
