Guest guest
There are lots of ways to eat fat, cook in virgin coconut oil, use olive oil, use butter, that is natural, not the trans-fat fries are cooked in. There are lots of energy bars in health food stores. I buy the raw ones, but just look around. Pick the ones with the most natural fats. Have those steamed veggies with lots of butter. Lots of ways to incorporate good and natural fats. Lynda At 07:04 PM 4/23/2007, you wrote: >Had an appointment with Dr. Huang today but she is not ready to >removed bandages yet. Guest guest
I did finally use the basket steamer you told me about last night and steamed some organic corn and put tons of yummy butter on them (the kind of butter w/out trans fat - got it in the organic aisle). I will look for some of those bars. Stay away from sugar right, I am not sure what raw ones mean but I can look. Guest guest
There's a big difference between good fats and bad fats. French fries are definitely out! eww! (But they do taste good once in awhile. Try homemade baked fries...yum!) Avocados are full of good fats. Guacamole is really yummy and good for you. Raw milk, raw milk cheeses, raw milk kefir, yogurt and especially raw butter are good fats. This time of year is the very best time to buy raw milk butter, as it is rich in Vitamin K2 from the young grasses the cows are feeding on, which is a very, very necessary vitamin. It is also known as Activator X, based on the research of Dr. Weston Price. Most people don't know about Vitamin K2--but it is one of the nutrients that were necessary for abundant health in traditional cultures. Olive oil is a good fat, as is coconut oil. Olive oil is good for salad dressings, and coconut oil is good for cooking with. These are just off the top of my head....I am sure you will get more suggestions, but these are the only fats I use. Oh, one more thing. Essential Omega fatty acids can be taken in pill form, and Evening Primrose Oil is reputed to enlarge the breasts with consistent use over time. I fear I have spent a lot of extra money and additional pain for lipo I am can't eat the "bad" foods to feed these puppies. Also, I will take my anti-fungal since I ate some fries Sorry - I know I have been good but I was desperate for fatty foods after I saw her disappointment in my weight loss. Guest guest
There are raw energy bars and all kinds. The raw ones have nuts and seeds. Avoid added sugars, most have fruit for sweetners. BTW, nuts have good fat. Take some to work and snack on them. Sunflower seeds, unsalted. Pumpkin seeds. Good fats. Guest guest
Oh Dede, the fries were delicious! They were fresh, hot and oh so yummy. I can't imagine when I finally get to put dark chocolate back in my diet. I LOVE LOVE LOVE dark chocolate. I read in prior posts that once I kick the yeast, I can add have a tiny bit of dark chocolate as a treat - oh boy, can't wait. I hope you sleep well too! I just took a fungal defense, we will see how it treats my tummy tonight. Lynn > > Lynn ~ > God Bless YOU ! Guest guest
Mac nuts are good fat. They actually have more fat than many nuts. Lots of calories, but for now they would be good. No starving those fat transfers. Lynda At 10:27 PM 4/23/2007, you wrote: >Well yum yum yum!! Love sunflower seeds, love pumpkin seeds!! I >just found out about the avacados too!! Guest guest
You could not call what we have here a health food store. And it is twice the price of Vitamin Cottage. You will find that organic produce is cheaper at Vitamin Cottage than at Whole Foods. Lynda At 10:41 PM 4/23/2007, you wrote: >Lynda, > >Are there any health food stores in Greeley? Guest guest
It is not far up from Harmony. on the right if you are going N. It is back off the street, Look up the address on www.dexonline.com It is a a light, but not up in front. A pretty large store. Not as big as Whole Foods. If you get to Whole Foods you went way too far. It is past Circuit City. I am not as familiar with Ft. Co. as I am with Boulder. I stop there whenever I am in Ft. Co., but I am coming from the N. to the S. and I spot it that way. Lynda At 10:47 PM 4/23/2007, you wrote: >That is on College, right? Guest guest
Dede, Drank a whole glass of water like you all suggested with the fungal defense and slept great!! Guess I had some wild dreams. My husband said I was yelling at him telling him to stop throwing something at my face??? All I remember is dreaming that we were having this hard rock concert in this little town I live in in Colorado (must have been a dream) and in one room it was AC/DC, the other Van Halen and for some reason Alan and his wife needed to sleep at my house. Next thing I remember I was at the concert without my shirt on holding my hands over my small little tiny taped boobs!! Crazy, maybe that fungal defense isn't a drug to take at night Hope you had a good day!! Mine was super! Two days at work full- time and going strong (knock on wood). Love & HUGS!!
