I had a dexa on may of 2005 from RMG., a lab in San Diego.. . Findings were proximal femur 1.177, Femur T score 0.7, and femur Z score 0.9 I was 45 when this test was done and now will soon be 48. Any ideas on what these findings mean?? RMG , the lab, doesn't give any reference ranges for these values. Many thanks.. LUkeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
