Guest guest
Hey everyone, I REALLY need some help. I am trying to find a DR around Knoxville,TN. I don't mind driving 2 or 3 hours if I have to but I have not been able to find a DR here that is willing to accept me as a patient because I have NO insurance and not on any kind of Medicaid or Medicare. I get long term disability from my past employer now due to an injury on the job. Does anyone out there know of anywhere I can go to get treatment. I was living in SC when I was diagnosed with CML in February but since then have reconciled with my husband. He can get health insurance on me but it won't cover the CML because it is pre existing. It's a 6 hour drive to SC so I gotta find someone closer. I can't make the trip very well because I get so weak and tired. So if anyone can give me some contact numbers, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a bunch,
