Guest guest
Is there a database that might give clues about what percentage of men with lipoatroophy and/or lipodystrophy developed lipo NOT in the context of HIV meds correlated with lipo, but rather in the context of taking supplemental testosterone in any form? Testosterone supplementation may lead to fat loss, but it is temporary, the result of fat being released from storage. In lipoatrophy, the storage sites are actually destroyed, do it is not reversible.Testosterone does not lead to lipoatrophy, as seen in people suffering consequences of HIV and its' treatment.JB
