Hi, Becca. I'm not familiar with the type of pain you describe. Your description sounds to me more like Osteoarthritis or a pinched nerve that Rheumatoid Arthritis. I think a rheumatologist may be able to give you a diagnosis and treatment. If that fails you might try a neurologist. I'm sorry I can't be of any real help. Good luck and God bless.

Hello, my name is . I am 36 and have a form of muscular dystrophy. A symptom of the disease is lousy feet. I have had surgeries in the past and as a result of that and wear and tear I have been told I have arthris in my feet and ankles. My question is this... recently I am experiencing recurrent pain in my feet. I am using capsasin regularly. The pain comes and goes. When it hits, it hits and stops and hits and stops, almost like a throbbing but it is pain not literally throbbing. I am using Ultram when it happens and it has been more frequent in the past month. Is this type of pain familiar to anyone?? It hits in different places of feet toes and ankles. and it is very isolated pain.It is driving me nuts sometimes and it keeps me awake at night. Thanks for any input--does this even sound like arthritis to you????

Hi , There are MANY things that can cause foot pain, arthritis being one of them. I recommend that you see a podiatrist or an orthopedic specialist to do a general assessment first. Good luck to you! Sandy
