Parotid swelling from radiation

Hey guys I had my first radiation treatment for enlarged paraotid glands

yesterday.

By last night my throath and the around the paraotid area was swelling.

Is this normal after radiation?

It did go down a bit during the night but it is still noticeably swollen,

I wondering if any of you guys had the same reaction, and if it keeps on getting

bigger.

I didn't have swelling either... just the opposite. You should talk

to your docs about this ASAP.
