Also remember to set out a nice table setting even if its on a tv tray. Bring out the best china and crystal. Make your meals inviting I even use crystal wine goblet to serve my Pepsi in. Treat yourself to a treat of a meal. Eat slowly if it takes an hour so be it. Go out to eat with a friend. Eat a small bowl of soup to break the fast you are on. Its no fun being depressed but following the routine of when you have a good day. Bathing,dressing and eating is a must. Do not allow yourself to stay in your pj's all day and never get around to eating. Make an honest effort and you will be fine. I too say Love Yourself and you are Worth it.

I am on antidepressants and mine work fine. I no longer go without eating or bathing. I love life and am happy to be back into life. Help is out there let your health provider know how you feel. Take an interest in life
