Guest guest
is anyone aware of any good articles or other literature for the propositionthat some individuals have a low tolerance for alcohol and may developcirrhosis/chronic liver disease after relatively modest alcohol intake? Howabout in HIV and AIDS patients specifically or anything regardinghepatotoxicity of HIV/AIDS meds? I think many people on Norvir are less tolerant of alcohol, because of the p450 blocking. Some "fatty change" is seen, but I'm not aware of fibrosis or cirrhosis in people living with HIV who don't have other pathologies going on, like Hep C or alcoholism.JB
