Guest guest
Hi Everybody, The blood type diet is very amazing, we practice it together with systemic enzyme therapy and it cures cancer faster, as in 2x faster. Dr. Eliezer, in our protocol for the blood type diet, being type O doesn't mean you are not allowed to be a vegan, it just says there are foods that are better for your blood type, we call it a color coded diet. Type O and B have practically the same color code. I am a type B and we are better suited for colors like yellow, orange, red, brown, violet. As a vegan, these are the colors that are best suited for you and as for meat, these should be the skin colors of the animals you should be eating. As for type O saying that you can not be a vegan is not true. Type O is the oldest blood type and being the oldest, it was evolved in a time wherein humans where hunter gatherers and mainly ate meat. We learned these in Brain Dominance therapy which we also specialize in, you would be so amazed at the results systemic enzyme therapy and brain dominance therapy could do together. We cure cancer 90% of the time, any type of cancer. Anyway, I would love to discuss more on this so if there are any questions, feel free to email me.... God Bless us all! lyn Cortes and Tutz del rio " Dr. Eliezer Ben-ph " wrote: To Mike and Simon about the 'Blood Type Diet'. I am the healthiest person that I know. As a practicing Naturopath for over 25 years I do not get sick, ever! Go figure, everybody has the best diet. Guest guest
So I should be eating meat from critters with yellow, orange, red, brown or violet skin? Now is this the hair color or the skin color? How would I find out if the beef I ordered came from a cow with violet skin, or if the skin was chartreuse, which would not be my type? When I was a bachelor, my meat often did get sort of a violet sheen to it after sitting in the fridge for a few weeks -- sort of a rainbow hue at times... is this okay? ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Type O and B have practically the same color code. Guest guest
It is in the hair color for meat and skin color for veggies. Example for meat, chicken best for you would be the ones that have brown feathers. the best would be to raise them on your own cause the ones you will by, you will never know. The best is always to get meat that are organically raised rather than raised for commercial consumption. The ones raised for commercial consumption contain so much harmful chemicals. They have growth hormones, antibiotics etc etc. Imagine a chicken growing to more than 1 kilo in just 28 days!!! Back here in the Philippines we have so much of that and not all know the harmful effects. One of them is that when you feed it to children their growth and maturity are so fast that so many ladies here in the Philippines get their 1st menstruation at the age of 7 and 8!!! Even the eggs that we buy are fake! Why fake? In order to induce a hen to lay an egg there must be a rooster to fertilize the egg. What commercial producers do is to induce them to lay eggs by feeding them laying mash, the poor rooster would not be able to participate here. Pigs that used to grow to 90 kilos in 6 months are now in that weight category in 3 months, growth hormones. The problem is that we keep on poisoning everything, the air the water, the food we eat yet we are wondering why we are sick with so many diseases. We must just have to go back to what is natural and organic. Cheers! jrrjim <jim.mcelroy10@...> wrote: So I should be eating meat from critters with yellow, orange, red, brown or violet skin? Guest guest
Thank you for all who posted on the blood type diet. I got some new insight from your posts. MY Dr while a MD is a converted alternative mostly now. He also being a former Body builder developed prostate cancer, and now a converted vegan himself. When I first visited him he did a food allergy test, heavy metal test along with a spectracell test. MY Canadia levels were off the chart high, along with a list of food items I was allergic to. Wheat glutin and dairy over a 3 each. I just had a session with a Reiki specialist from California. He did his one hour check over of the body, said my liver was inflammed. He is a big believer of the blood type diet as well. He also said most the cancer patients he sees have a high level of canadia in the blood. Has anyone here done any research on any links with Canadia and Cancer? Not so much in the digestive track but in the blood stream itself. I am going to start looking into it, thought some of you might save me some time researching. all the best, Mike
Guest guest
I don't know how many of you are familiar with Dr. D'Adamo's books on eating right for your blood type. He is very well known for his opinions which are scientific, and his seminars are always sold out. I have excerpted some from his web site. If you are not an " O " , you can look for your type and get a glimpse of what foods you should eat for optimum health and which ones to avoid. I found it interesting enough to order the book, " Eat Right for Your Type " at Amazon.com. Maybe it's time for me to shape up or ship out. LOL. " Why are some people plagued by poor health while others seem to live healthy, vital lives even late in life? Does blood type influence personality? A single drop of blood contains a biochemical make up as unique as your fingerprint. Your blood type is a key to unlocking the secrets to your biochemical individuality. Foods and supplements contain lectins that interact with your cells depending on your blood type. This explains why some nutrients which are beneficial to one blood type, may be harmful to the cells of another. Dr. D'Adamo, the author of the best selling books Eat Right for Your Type and Live Right for Your Type gives Type O's some tips on leading a healthy lifestyle. As an " O " , I like what he has to say about me. LOL. " Type O was the first blood type, the type O ancestral prototype was a canny, aggressive predator. Aspects of the Type O profile remain essential in every society even to this day - leadership, extroversion, energy and focus are among their best traits. Type O's can be powerful and productive, however, when stressed Type O's response can be one of anger, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. When Type O wiring gets crossed, as a result of a poor diet, lack of exercise, unhealthy behaviors or elevated stress levels, Type O's are more vulnerable to negative metabolic effects, including insulin resistance, sluggish thyroid activity, and weight gain. When you customize your life to Type O's strengths you can reap the benefits of your ancestry. Your genetic inheritance offers you the opportunity to be strong, lean, productive, long-lived and optimistic. It gets thru to the blood stream via " leaky gut syndrome " , which develops in various ways - but also leads to increased food sensitivities, which lead to decreased health. The short story is that once the leaky gut develops it allows larger food molecules to osmose thru the gut lining; food molecules that are not yet totally digested to their basic form which is usable by the body. The body's immune system recognizes these larger molecules as foreign and launches an immune response, thus leading to inflammation and a whole cascade of reactions; some of which are emotional/mental as the brain is also affected by this inflammation response. (There is a very old book called Lady of Grey - Healing Candida by Rose that details the psychological nightmare of candida overgrowth; also Dr Sherry has written many wonderfully detailed books covering this topic). Stop the leaky gut and you will eliminate most all food sensitivities. Why does one get " leaky gut " ? Several ways, and forgive me it has many years since I was really up on all this and have forgotten a lot of the details, but candida overgrowth in the gut will lead to leaky gut as it morphs in form. The mycelial form (I believe that is right, my memory is a bit fuzzy here) will attach to the gut lining and eventually cause a microscope " hole " , which then allows all manner of foreign substances to osmose across/thru the epithelial lining. I know nothing about the research, if there is any, connecting candida and cancer, but I have long thought so. It only makes sense if you know how a candida overgrowth gets a hold in the first place........sugar, white flour, antibiotics, steroid based meds, and anything that unbalances the gut flora. I would certainly think the cancer meds would do so. Before you can successfully address the systemic candida overgrowth, you must first heal the gut - to do that you must get the candida back in balance, you don't get rid of it so much as get in under control/in balance. This in and of itself is a tough task, but can most certainly be done. Major probiotics - don't trust the on-the-shelf brands - in this instance you get what you pay for as probiotics are very fragile, don't have good shelf life, etc etc. Natren is the only brand I have tested that showed any results. Some good health food stores carry this brand (it is refrigerated), or you can order directly from the company. They offer a discount to those over 60 (I think that was the age). Great Smokies Lab is the premier lab for doing stool samples which will give you a very thorough analysis of what is going on in your gut. I used to be a provider using their services, probably still am, but don't do so much of that sort of work any more, and haven't ordered a test from them in years. You can contact them to get a list of providers in your area. Actually the provider doesn't even have to be in your area as the kits can be shipped directly to you and you ship the samples directly to Great Smokies. You just need a medical provider to order the tests and receive the results for you. If you can't find one, I can check to see if I am still in their system. Great Smokies will also do a challenge test with whatever pathogen (including parasites) they find in your samples and tell you what *your* particular strain of pathogen is susceptible to. They include natural as well as prescription meds in their challenge test to your pathogen, so you can chose which way you want to go. That way you don't have to waste a lot of time and money on cookie cutter remedies (for which there are a ton for candida) and can go straight to the remedy that proved itself effective in the petri dish against *your* pathogen. I highly recommend their services. Warmly, Janice
Guest guest
Thank you Janice, Just the information I was looking for. My Dr two years did ordered a test not from smokey mountain but from Alletess medical labs.. But I believe he also mentioned he uses smokey mountain. He went into detail about the leaky gut as well, so we were on the right track. He has Cancer himself almost died so I was with out his services for 17 months. Modern medicine gave him six months with chemo etc, knowing what he does he flew out to California had some alternative treatments, his back to work three days a week.NED at present So I will call him to order these test again. Its expensive but I guess I need to do it again. I have no idea just how much my levels have improved until I get it done. You gave me a ton of great information to get started on.. all the best to you, Mike >

I just told Lottie off list that I have followed this diet for blood type A for over 10 years! and she told me she did not think that she could be that disciplined. For me it was easy and a no-brainer because when I went on the diet I felt better than I had probably ever felt in just 2 or 3 weeks. Blood type A ancestors settled in the fertile valleys and their diet became grains, fruits and vegetables.....with a little poultry and fish. NO red meat. The blood type A person has less hydrocholic acid in their stomach secretions (this is a known fact) and cannot digest meat protein.....and gives that feeling of feeling heavy or sluggish after a meal with meat. Also, those antigens in the blood are also in all body secretions (like saliva, mucous, etc) in 85% of people, who are called secretors. This is why I think some people have such a hard time with a BMT where they are changing blood type.....that type (antigens) are not just in the blood, it bathes all cells. The science is very interesting. As for the books, if you are intrigued, I would pick up the first book Eat Right 4 Your Type at the library or a used book store, then move on to Live Right 4 Your Type, which is the diet at a more refined level plus other material. There is a new book, The Genotype Diet, but when I took a Dr. d'Adamo test on line, it said, because of my cml and side effects, I would do better with the basic blood type diet....but the Genotype diet book is some fascinating reading. So, Lottie, I guess you did a little on line reading and also got a bit intrigued? Dr. d'Adamo (and his father before him who started the research in his clinic) are naturopaths.....and naturopaths really spend 4 years of medical school studying the biochemistry of the body, this is their specialty. Westen medicine doctors get a crash course of a couple lectures on nutrition! C.
