Guest guest
Oh Sharon, This is so sad.... I was watching tv when it happened.... I couldn't believe it... What a terrible thing... I was thinking of you when I saw it happened over Texas and I prayed that it would not effect you in any way..... I have been praying for the Astronauts and their families and loved one.... What a shame! We just never know from one day to the next.... What a loss for our Country as well.... Guest guest
I have been praying for the families and will continue to do so. How sad this has happened again. It really makes you realize how fragile life really is and that we must all appreciate each day and live it to the fullest. Pamm
Guest guest
Dear Jackie, You have been down this road so many times and you remind me of an astranaut about to lift off. " Powering forward! " I like the sound of that, and I know you never give up. Even when you were at your lowest ebb, you continued to support others. What solace you are to all of us here, no wonder everyone is in your corner. I have known you for some time now and your attitude has never changed. Power forward to you, too, Jackie and Beth. By the way, MUGA's are not that bad, just the injection in your arm, then you have to sit quietly for a few hours before they come and get you to go to the nuclear room. Enjoy the ride on the cart on the sky bridge. I told the driver I wanted to do that when I grew up. LOL Much love and encouragement to you both, Lottie
Guest guest
Dear Lottie, Thank you for your supportive words. I see patients so much worse than myself and it gives me inspiration that if trials can help these patients I would be honored to help. The fight to live and beat cancer is powerful to so many. We are stronger than we think when it comes to prolonging our lives. It takes support from groups like this to help us on the days when our fight is weak. We are here for each other. You have been an inspiration to me and many others because of the long fight you have fought and keep fighting! God Bless You, Jackie S.
