Hi group, Jerry's site, New CML Drug is having a lengthy discussion on

healthcare, quite interesting and getting many comments.

Lottie, you have said they are not going to take care of the older generation.

I'm sure there are going to be some drastic changes, but I truly doubt the

government can ignore millions of senior citizens, and just cast us aside. I

cannot read the print on those documents it comes up real fine on my computer,

so please tell me what it says that makes you sure this is going to happen.

I posted on Jerry's site about an article I read last year on Denmark. It

stated they ALL pay the same tax, which is very high, no matter if they were

rich or poor. This tax covered all their health needs. It also covered all of

their education. I do not remember if it covers police and fire deps. or not.

And the article began with saying the

happiest people in the world live in Denmark!! i asked one of the Denmark

posters if this was true and if so what was the %. Have not seen an answer yet.

I would imagine that socialized medicine is different in different parts of the

world, some good, some not so good. Now i heard our president say last night he

was NOT in favor of socialized medicine, now Lottie, dear, you don't think he

would lie do you??? LOL

Truly I don't know what he has in store for us, but I hate that it is upsetting

you so, because beside you, millions of others have to be just as upset.

I guess it's a wait and see deal, but how much worse can it get? Bobby
