I am 66 and I am very fortunate so far to not have to take any other meds for anything else but I sometimes feel that we all seem to think that everything that happens is the CML medication causing it. I don't think so. But I could be wrong. I don't know for sure but just a thought. He schedualed me for a biopsy for that and sure enough I have it. The treatment is prednesone for 18 months,it,s inflamation of an artery that goes to the eyes and it can make you go blind permanently if not treated.
