Dear , I also have fibro and Lupus. Keep me updated with your doctors findings and your progress. My problems started 2 yrs ago also, and yes it is very strange. I thought the same thing!

I like your doctors approach, and I'm praying he is blessed with wisdom from onhigh. I will be praying you have a pain free, joyfilled evening,

Joyce

Intro to Me

Hello, fellow Fibromites!I was diagnosed with fibro in June of this year after having a complete hysterectomy in May. It seems as if ALL of my 'fibro'-type problems started at that time (isn't that strange?) although my family physician had suggested I had CFS or Fibro last year. Anyway, since June I've been to a rheumatologist that is concerned that I may have lupus as well. He said he isn't ready to "label" me with that right now because he wants to monitor me a bit longer so he can be sure. I'm glad he at least isn't jumping the gun on that.I'm 39, from Tennessee, and happily married to a wonderfully supportive man. We have four children (each of us had two from a previous marriage). I pray each of you have a day blessed beyond measure. Thanks for listening,

Joyce...THANK YOU for your prayers and encouragement. I will keep

you posted. :) I requested my doctor send copies of my bloodwork to

me via mail although I won't really know what I'm looking at. lol I

could at least see the 'highs' and 'lows' if any, I suppose. I'm

SOOOOOOOO glad this sight is here. It helps me to know I am not

alone.

Hi Sylvia. My name is Ali and I hail from very green and beautiful Wales in the

UK. I am 52 and married to the same man for 33 years who also is disabled - not

through being in the Army though.

I am afraid I don't know anything about the muscle testing but I was interested

in your mention of the HCG which I imagine is honey, cider vinegar and garlic.

I have just come across a few references to that and have been considering

adding it to my 'repertoire'. Garlic did help to give my liver a big clear-out

and a major detox recently so I know how powerful it can be.

When you say that you weren't true to the protocol, what did you mean?

Ali.

have 5 biological children and are raising our oldest 3 grandkids as our own. I

was born and raised in Tucson, AZ but we came out to MO for the funeral of one

of my husband's uncles about '78 and I fell in love with all the green. I had

never seen so much green outside of a crayon drawing. We finally got moved out

here in '02 and I love it, love it, LOVE IT!

them all which is why we have so many instead of the 5 females and 2 males that

I wanted.

have had to move home with their families in this time of economic distress.

That give us 12 people in our 2000sqft home.

Orange his is Type I. Or sort of, it had an adult onset. I am overweight and

using HCG to try to lose it. HCG works but I haven't been very true to the

protocol.

Hi, Sylvia, & welcome!

I am 58, fortunatly in good form, but love using the VOC for so many things,

inc. making my own granola & such. I have more energy, & a skin fungus has

cleared up.

Re: muscle testing or kinesiology - there's a simple way to do it for yourself,

using your fingers, & it can be done inobtrusively if necessary:)

Any question can be put into yes/no format, which helps simplify things.

Take the hand you don't write with, & place the tip of your pinkie & tip of your

thumb together. This creates a circuit with the two fingers, which is your test

circuit.

Take the index finger & thumb of the hand you do write with - this combo. is

used to test the circuit.

To 'activate' a test, use equal pressure to hold the thumb & pinkie of your

CIRCUIT together, & the same amount of pressure with your thumb & index finger,

trying to pry the circuit apart. I usually move the thumb & index finger up

toward the tips of my test circuit - if the answer is 'true,' the circuit holds,

'false,' & the circuit comes apart.

Build confidence by asking questions you know the answer to - " is my name

Sylvia? " " Do I live in MO? "

You can try the same question with a false answer - someone else's name, etc. to

discover the shift, with the circuit breaking ( & if it takes a bit to get the

hang of it, stop & try again later.)

Then you can move on to your questions - 'do I need ___ " (test)

" Is Coconut Oil helpful at this time? " (test) (if yes) you can test for how

much) " 1 Tbsp? " (test) " 2 Tbsp? " (test - keep going till the circuit breaks "

With diabetes, you might ask if it would be helpful to drink coconut milk before

bed (said to help keep blood sugar even through the night) You can also test

for your animals - supplements that would be helpful, etc. Adults can ( & usually

should) test for themselves. Kits can learn this, too :)

You can invite guides & angels to assist in the process. Molly Sheehan of

www.greenhopeessences.com gives an excellent description of using this system in

her new Flower Essence guidebook -

Good luck - feel free to write off-list if you have questions (just click reply,

then click on my name & e-mail rather than the forum

address :)

I'm sorry but I can't figure this out, can you explain it again? Sometimes

using different phrases makes it click for me. Thanks, Sylvia

Dear : First let me say that I am sorry about the loss of your dear wife

Doreen. Welcome to our group.

You have to take care of your health right now. I agreed with you holding

off on a BMT, when there are other alternatives first.

I have been on Gleevec since my diagnosis, but there are other drugs as you

know that are working for people. Why didn't they try Tasigna next. We have so

many people who have done well on Tasigna.

I can only go by the most popular choices that I have seen.

We do have some people who just started the Ariad trial, and they are doing

good too.

Please keep us up to date, and know that we are all here all the time for

you.
