Here are some tips you may want to take advantage of. As of July 1, 2009, you may apply for this year's reimbursement, even though you may have received one in June; that was for the last fiscal year and a new one begins July 1. I will provide you with the website wherein you can download and print the required form. Fill it in and mail to your local chapter.
