It speaks to the continuum of end of life care. My daughter accessed the site for me by doing the following: 1--thomas.gov 2--search by bill number HR 3200 3--click " text of legislation " 4--then click " gpo's pdf display " 5--continue to gpo site 6--scroll down to p. 425 I didn't read the passage but from first glance it looks like a discussion of what the medical community suggests people do about living wills and advanced directives.
