Although I haven't found a way to lose my Sprycel weight, I do have one tip to

pass along that has been a great help to me to at least not gain anymore.

SOUP!!! I actually read the scientific explanation about why eating soup (with

ingredients, not just broth) takes away your hunger and keeps you satisfied for

a few hours. I can't remember the exact explanation, but it has to do with

filling your stomach enough and staying in the stomach for a period of time

longer than many other things. It's the combination of liquid and chunks of

vegetables, etc. that keeps it from leaving the stomach more slowly than just

eating or just drinking broth or water.

I find that a bowl of soup fo rlunch or dinner hits the spot.and we're going to

be heading into fall and winter when hot soup is a great menu idea anyway.

This really works to satisfy hunger for at least one if not two meals a day for

comparatively few calories.
