I'd like to try it because of muscle cramps. Will try the 1500 calcium remedy. Today one of my coworkers suggested pickle juice...it's probably the vinegar, right? I had such severe cramps in my abdomen and back, I took a slug of dill pickle juice and magic, it worked! Of course so did the bar of soap under the sheets--for a while. I think it may be diet. I've been pretty lazy about nutrition lately and have been eating more sugar and carbs. thanks to everyone for the responses!
