Guest guest
Hi Lottie, The only way you can lose all your data on your drive is if someone 'formatted' the drive. This is a very drastic and deliberate thing that is done. There are many 'are you sure' questions you need to answer yes to before the drive can be formatted. You might have to go to a shop that is very experienced in recovering disk drives. On the bright side, think of it as a fresh start. Some of your emails addresses are gone by way of cyber space, as there was not even the letter " z " left. If you want to be in my address book, please reply to help me get my addresses back. Can anyone tell me what happened (other than it crashed), why nothing was left in my computer? Not even a virus would be so cruel?
