That's right Jay! We need to continually move. Once we lose mobility in a

joint it is difficult if not impossible to get it back. At least that's

what my doc said. I've had RA for 3 years now with no let up. Water

exercises are the best for RA, I think.

Sigh. Right now I have to make do with an old, clawfooted tub. But it's really big<g>. I would LOVE a whirlpool tub.
