Guest guest
I would never recommend fluoride to anyone. It doesn't prevent tooth decay as they once thought it would. And the consequences of the infatuation with fluoride is causing all kinds of health problems in our society today, not to mention damage to the environment. A couple years ago I was involved in trying to keep our local town's water system from being fluoridated. It was being promoted by all the dentists and doctors in our town. I had to present a bunch of studies that have found there are no benefits from the use of fluoride, (except to line the pockets of doctors and dentists) and studies that showed the dangers of fluoride, and all the disasters that have happened across the U.S. from fluoridation of water. Needless to say, it made a lot of people change their minds about fluoride, and the people voted against fluoridating the water. I would recommend that everyone should do their own research to find the truth about fluoride, rather than just listening to what the media and schools are telling us. lindaj@... Re: Yikes! Guest guest
Dear et al I was about to write much the same about fluoride but you have done it for me. In England we disocvered the main reason it was being put in the water was to dispose of the fluoride in a way that made a profit! It is one of the reasons I NEVER drink tap water. I even use bottled for wasing veg and in teh kettle Lee
Guest guest
I've also heard fluoride is one of the leading causes of cancer (hidden, of course), as well as many other health problems. ~ In a message dated 8/5/00 5:09:41 PM Central Daylight Time, lindaj@... writes: << I would never recommend fluoride to anyone. Guest guest
Hi all. I woke up yesterday to realize that I can't straighten my left arm all the way. The elbow seems stuck in about a 15 degree angle. Usually with joint pain, it hurts me to bend but not to extend and even with the pain I can "force" it bent or straight. With my elbow... it literally cannot straighten. I'm on day 2 of this with no improvement. Is this a normal "flare up" or has anyone else experienced this?? , My advice to you is to use your arm as much as possible. I had the same pain in my wrist. I (thinking I knew what to do) put a brace on my wrist because then I wouldn't have to bend it and make it hurt. Well, needless to say, my wrist doesn't bend any more. It froze up. I didn't use the brace for a long time. Maybe about a week. It's really a big inconvenience. I use sign language with my children and some signs are very hard to do. Guest guest
, I'm knew to RA but I do know that my Dr. wants me to use my joints as much as possible so I don't loose function. It seems to be a delicate balancing act right now so that I don't over do it. I know until I am in remission my joints are being " eaten up " and I need to protect them as much as possible but use them enough to prevent loss of function. Boy, was that the department of redundancy department or what????!!!!!! Anyway, hope it helps. God Bless, Jay > Hi all. Guest guest
Carla, I've been told by a Physical Therapist that water areobics would be great for my joints. However, I live in Alaska and the water is to d__m cold for this old man!!! Even the indoor pools are chilly to me!! Gurss I'll stick to the old bathtub and occasional jaccuzi or hottub. Guest guest
I just finished my first bowel cleanse with Colonix. The results were rather unbelievable. After the first month, I was having stools that were comprised of worms only. I kept having worms and eggs of all shapes and sizes in my stools. One night while wiping I pulled out a ~10 inch worm. The Colonix program consists of a nightly laxative tea, morning worm killing herbs, and daily fiber supplement. Guest guest
I'm sorry, but I find this utterly hard to believe! How can one person have so many worms? Yech!! Is this for real? Do you travel in the third world a lot or something? Hello everyone, I'm new. Started the " Ultimate Fast " today, after reading a LOT about this subject. Ugh - it can be a bit disgusting at first, huh? To the woman who is having " worm dreams " - I look at it this way: if I see worms coming OUT it's better than keeping them swimming inside my body, which is REALLY disgusting! > I just finished my first bowel cleanse with Colonix.
