Guest guest Posted May 3, 2000 Report Share Posted May 3, 2000 Jen, one of the benefits of taking the week off is to trick your metabolism again into thinking you are off the program forever and it goes back to your old way of slowing down and holding on to more fat etc,. and them after the week when you start full speed ahead ahead, there is something about your body responding into a quicker metabolism again. its just a little trick kinda thing, you know? You wont lose alot of progress in just one week, but the long term benefits may be worth if for the next 12 weeks.
