Guest guest
Dear Ellen, I am aware of many of the B vitamins that form a complex, but unless you know the advantages of taking a particular B vitamin alone, you usually end up with the B-complex. I think most of us know about B-6 and B-12, but outside of that realm, we don't have a clue, so when I read the content of this article, I thought it was important enough to pass it on to our group, as most of us have an interest in other health matters besides CML. Thank you for confirming this fact by posting Dr. Norton's advice and your own experience. I believe we have other patients who go to MSKCC and are familiar with her practice, so they would also take interest in the subject. We should also seek guidance of our personal physicians to be sure we are taking the proper amounts and for the right reasons. If anyone else has a vested interested in this subject, please pipe in, you would be passing along valuable information to the rest of us. We don't all know everything, but each of us knows something we can pass on. (For $30 you might find you could be eligible for the Mensa Society.
