Peggy I do agree with you about the hot humid summers with more bugs than one needs. And yes real Texas BBQ. I remember going to Pennsylvania for vacation one year and made a mistake of ordering BBQ... they boiled the meat and poured sauce on it.. YUK Was not very tasty.
