Guest guest Posted May 27, 2000 Report Share Posted May 27, 2000 Merced: Another ab workout I like to do is: pick 3 exercises, always start with a lower ab exercise then super-set 3 times thru with no rest and to failure on ea set. It's a killer but be sure to focus and contract those abs to the fullest. Important to contract and hold abs in cuz you can make your waist too big if you strain outwards. Also contract/hold in abs while doing everything thru out the day, stand tall--you'll teach those abs to stay firm--so use good posture. This all helps to have a firm and sexy mid section.
