Program adjustments ?

Good morning all. My 4 week stats showed an increase of 6.6 lbs

muscle, 3 lbs fat, with an over all wt gain of 6 lbs and an increase

in BF% by 1 1/2% which makes it around 11%. I had increased my carbs

and EFA's, maybe too much? My pants are a little tighter so thats

prob where the fat gain went-yuk!

Any way my question is: How do you think I should re-adjust my

nutrition/program for the next 4 weeks? Any advice or ideas would be

much appreciated.
