Okay, I'm at the end of week three so I'm not expecting too much yet.

I've been folloing the workout and eating scheme as described. So I

go in today to " weigh in " just to see... and thinking that Kim lost 5

lbs already, I should have lost a few too... Turns out I've GAINED a

pound and a half! DOH! Gee, that's not discouraging in the least.

Has anyone else experienced this?
