Hi everyone,

I hope you are having a great weekend. I have yet another question.

I am analyzing everything in order to give this next round everything

I have. I was thinking that maybe I would make better progress if I

didn't go " all out " on my free day. Maybe the reason that I am not

seeing results is because I totally pig out on my free day. I always

feel miserable afterwards, but that does not stop me from doing it

again the next week :-}. I read somewhere that it would be a good

idea to have two free meals spread out between Friday and Sunday.

Like if you wanted to go out to dinner on Friday night and then

breakfast on Sunday, you could do that and then just eat regular BFL

meals the rest of the weekend. What do you all think of that? Would

it be okay to try this?
